Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW, Australia.

All our parcels are sent using Australia Post.

All orders will be shipped within 3 working days (unless an item is not in stock). Transit times are not guaranteed times, and are unfortunately out of our control once we ship your order. 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is home to collect your order.

Standard / Express Delivery: If no one is home when your delivery arrives, by default, your order will be left in a safe place. It will be up to the discretion of the delivery driver if it is safe to leave your parcel at your front door (which is more than likely the case); alternatively, they may leave it at your local post office for your collection (please note that this is not guaranteed). Standard delivery does not require a signature to receive the delivery.

If you do not wish for your order to be left at your front door, please select SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY at checkout in the shipping section. This will ensure your order will be taken to the closest Post Office for your collection, and a signature will be required. 

Products are sent at your own risk until signed or received for by you or by any other person at the address you have supplied.

Delivery time may be affected by many various factors, which may include stock availability, and your location within Australia. The shipping times below may be extended by up to 30 days. We will endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice of that extension.

Please note: Personalised Orders (eg: personalised gift boxes etc) will require up to 7 business days to process. 

If you are requiring an order to be sent urgently, please email us prior to placing your order, and your individual request will be assessed.

In the unlikely event your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours via email at hello@sweettreasures.com.au 

Please note: photos of the damaged goods may be required, and we may decline any claims if we are contacted after 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Damaged products will need to be returned and we can replace it for you free of charge.
